The semi-automatic bottle washing machine is economic and can be custom make. Bottles can be put manually to the cups on the machine and washing can be done by tap water pressure or equipped with low pressure booster pump. Bottle outside and inner wall both can be rinsed by spraying nozzles. Spray pressure can be adjusted by adjusting the size of the water inflow. Positioning washing is applied for bottle inner wall and washing mouth washes the bottle through the nozzle. For washing various kinds of special-shaped plastic and glass bottles, the bottle holder structure needs to be changed. Rotating disc tracks synchronously the bottles in washing. The use and operation is simple with convenient maintenance. It is especially applicable for washing various bottle types both the inside and outside with high pressure water in small and medium-sized enterprises, such as food, medicine, pesticide, and chemical factories.
