Product Description
Double row caterpillars and intermittent positioning for washing are used for this machine. It is designed to be manual operation to put bottles to and off the machine, and it is applicable for many kinds of bottles with washing inside and outside. This machine is widely used to wash glass bottles and plastic bottles for beverage, wine, pharmaceutical and other industries.
Features:
1. Six-wheeled rotary circulating transmission mechanism washes the bottle with the circulation water twice, and cleans it with clear water once;
2.Tracking positioning mode is applied for inner washing to ensure that high pressure water can precisely spray into bottles and avoid incorrect positioning of common bottle flushing machines;
3.Equipped with circulation water tank and pump, after washing and filtering, water can be recycled for use, to reduce water consumption and save water;
4. Production can be adjusted in a steep-less way, convenient and reliable.
